We are looking to take on motivated sales people who have a “consultative” outlook and are both client and service driven, and who will join our TEMPS team and grow the temporary and contract business further.
We have a huge candidate database and applicants who have come from all over the world to register with us and look for work in London (and overseas). All speak at least one other language as well as English.
THE JOB
We are looking for charming Recruitment Consultants who are able to look after existing clients and develop new business. The aim is to gently build very long term relationships with prospective companies, with the aim of finding them permanent staff and also helping them fill bilingual temporary or contract roles
As a recruitment consultant, you will perform a combined role incorporating courtesy contact with existing clients, contacting new clients ( cold calling), meeting corporate clients face to face, then advertising, sourcing and screening job applicants. .
THE DAY TO DAY INVOLVES
This role involves B2B New Business Development as well as Relationship Management
This is a target driven sales role:
*Cold calling/Courtesy calling: Driving new business effort: you will be given a curated list of lapsed and new clients to contact and introduce our service
*Attending networking events
*Introducing our recruitment and translation services to international companies.
*You will be working to agreed call targets
*Sending staying-in-touch courtesy emails or making calls to existing new clients
*Establishing excellent relationships with clients for the long term, building up a profile of their corporate staffing and language (including translations) requirements
*Interviewing candidates face to face and via skype for roles
*Meeting corporate clients at their offices to learn about their requirements
*Taking down detailed job briefs, “matching” candidates to vacancies
*Providing a top notch after-care service to clients and to candidates alike
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous experience of doing telesales in a target driven environment
*A desire to succeed in a caring , client driven, “soft” sales environment
*Degree educated ( ideally)
*Knowledge of another language is useful
*Fluent English to native standard
