Working Hours: Regular office hours (Monday – Friday)
The Business:
This is one of the fastest-growing companies in the E-Commerce sector with a portfolio of products ranging across appliances, health and beauty, and sports. Due to their ever-expanding customer base from all around the world, they are now looking for top-notch customer service people, to take care of inquiries coming from international customers through Chat & Email.
Duties:
- Answer queries from customers regarding delivery, product questions, refunds, returns, invoices, complaints. (this will primarily be in the form of written responses to customer tickets), but some call and email follow-ups too.
- Responding to customer feedback;
- Constant communication with other teams to troubleshoot product issues;
- Assist with building new templates for quicker response of most common questions;
- Help with the introduction of new tools and processes.
Requirements:
- Native Standard in French (both written and spoken) is essential
- Listening skills, self-discipline, punctuality, analytical skills, and a customer service focused
- Customer service experience (6 months or more highly desirable)
- Strong interest in technology, e-commerce, and online business
- Target driven, and track record of meeting customer service levels and expectations
- Educated to a degree level (highly desired)
