French Finance Assistant
Title: French Finance Assistant ( Sales support team: Billings)
Contract type: 1 month contract with a view to extending
Language: Fluent French ( to native standard)
Salary : £16.05ph
Location: This is a WFH /Remote working role

You will be working as a temp for at least a month for this specialist production agency that specialises in creating music videos for TV and radio stations. The company employs over 200 staff and has relationships with almost 10,000 broadcasters as well as digital media companies globally.
Role
Working from home you will:
- You will be handling the French billing process.
- Ensuring that revenues from client in France ( and possibly in Germany ) is invoiced and accounted for correctly Liaising with teams based in Paris and London
- Follow-up initial quotations
- Raising of invoices
- Following up payments
- Effective tracking and chasing up of all Purchase Orders required for payment
- Escalating pricing queries to French Account Management
- Updating the CRM system and use of excel daily
Requirements
- Previous accounts and invoicing experience.
- Fluent French
- Experience of working in an international payments team
- Excel
- Free to start asap
