Swiss German Telephone Interviewer – Student/Graduate role
We are looking for Swiss German speaking candidates to join our client based in Old Street.
Our client provides companies with hard to reach information, to assist them in understanding trends within a specific sector.
Your responsibility will be to conduct in-depth telephone interviews with
experts in different sectors, to uncover the latest trends of an
industry.
The information will be the foundations of the research that the clients will use to make key investment decisions.
This is not “market research”; it is bottom-up industry and company research.
The role:
Contact respondents from contact lists to participate in an
interview.
Guide respondents through a set of questions.
Translate answers from German into English.
You will be able to engage in open and creative discussions with respondents in
the professional and personable manner in order to ensure respondents are happy to be
re-contacted.
Keep an accurate record of all contact with respondents, results, and responses of
your interviews.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, confident with great telephone
manner.
Fluent in English and native German
Target-driven with a deep pride in the quality of work.
Enjoy the challenges of cold calling and speaking to new people.
Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00hrs
