TITTLE: Italian and Spanish IT Customer Support Executive
LOCATION: Nottingham or Sheffield (Working remotely under current Government recommendations)

SALARY: Up to 25,000 GBP + benefits

LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Italian and Spanish, as well as fluent English.

We are searching for passionate customer service representatives to work in an IT help-desk centre, providing technical and consultative advice to variety of clients while using both Italian and Spanish.

This role is a combination of Customer Service and IT Support and your main responsibilities will be:

• Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department. Provide 1^st line desktop support and customer services to customers. Resolve issues in a competent manner, whilst communicating professionally with the customer and other members of the team
• Providing excellent customer service (including inbound & outbound telephone and email).
• Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy.
• To be responsible for completing specific projects as designated by the Service Management Team.
• Recognising problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers.

KEY SKILLS

• Italian and Spanish. Fluency in English is a must.
• Minimum of one year in Customer Support a Call-Centre environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident in IT systems – Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
• Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised. Currently the role will be home-based so we are looking for a responsible and confident individual who can perform professionally and efficiently without constant supervision.

NOTE: Candidates must be based in the UK and able to attend to the office in Nottingham or Sheffield. No VISA sponsorship is provided.
