German Speaker Facilities Manager
Job Tittle: German Speaker Facilities Manager
Salary: Up to 50,000 GBP depending on experience + bonus + benefits

Location: SW London / Surrey (working from home under current Government advice)
This role will suit a German Speaker with experience in Facilities Management. The appointed candidate will be responsible of three main areas:
- Building service disciplines such as air conditioning, BMS, lifts etc.
- Operational topics such as cleaning, landscaping, security services etc.
- Cost planning and tendering contracts.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing the Facilities Management projects at national level
- Ensuring all premises comply with current legislation and health & safety standards and that all statutory regulations and internal procedures are fulfilled.
- Ensuring legal and operational compliance, through the implementation of Statutory testing and Due Diligence.
- Working closely with the Procurement team to ensure the selection and appointment of external vendors.
- Managing and analyzing expenditure costs and savings.
The Ideal Candidate
- Relevant practical Building Services experience from a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
- Experience working with suppliers, contract management and tendering.
- In depth building management systems (BMS) knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently within tight deadlines.
