Salary: £18,500 – £20,000
Company Details:
This is a global business headquartered in the US and deals with patented systems for automotive hand-held tool systems. They are growing fast, even in the Pandemic, and are looking for a very organised Administrator within the Ops team to manage post -sales customer enquiries and general administration.
The role:
- Enter and process sales and purchase orders into the ERP system
- Ensure that appropriate documentation is received, stored and retained according to policy requirements. (e.g. installer sign off paperwork, purchase orders, sales orders, picking lists etc)
- Liaise with other business areas within the business
- Provide back-up support for invoicing if required
- Enter new suppliers and customers onto the ERP system
- Work with management to enhance current processes for greater productivity
- Perform monthly analysis of orders, and other ad hoc analysis
- Deal with queries from the help desk regarding new and replacement equipment in an effective and timely manner
- Communicate regularly and effectively with Manager, peers and team
Requirements
- IT literate
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Previous sales order processing experience is essential (minimum 1 year)
- Fluent Italian & English
- Numerate
- Good Excel
