The company works with designers, manufacturers and architects to help build some of the best-known landmark buildings in cities around the world.

You will be working specifically on façade of the building for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Generally:

• Lead the planning, set-up and execution of project.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Project evaluations and assessments of results

To work with the Project Manager and provide support in the following areas:

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholder.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessments of results

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, (or similar) .
• Strong working experience with façade including unitized
• 7-10 years of relevant industrial experience such as project manager on large projects, contracts management, sub-contractors management, commercial experienced
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
