French Speaking Business Development Manager

Title: French speaking Business Development Manager

Salary: Base salary 35,000 – 40,000 GBP + 15k OTE

Location: Central London (Working from home under current Government advice)

We are looking for a high-performing, motivated and ambitious Business Developer Manager. This role will be predominantly English spoken, but a very good understanding/fluency in French will be necessary, due to internal communication within the company, as the Headquarters are located in France.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Aiming to build and develop strong relationships with new businesses.
• Managing the whole 360 sales cycle, from mapping the market, prospecting relevant leads, setting up appointments with clients, preparing and conducting online presentations, negotiating contracts, etc.
• Working to achieve Sales targets provided by the Sales Director.
• Working closely with other departments within the company, from Marketing to Operations, to gain knowledge on the services and optimise processes.
• Managing and logging all your sales activities into the company’s CRM and being able to provide clear revenue figures.Updating and maintaining a CRM sales database with the relevant information.

The ideal candidate:

• Fluency in French and English is a must.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales/Lead Generation or Call Centre environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to collect business needs and monitoring/identifying trends.
• Creative, and problem-solving abilities. Extremely proactive and willing to learn.
• Team player. Able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.

NOTE: Sucessful candidates must be totally bilingual (English-French) and have a UK Pre or Settlement Status.
