Salary: Up to £35,000 + bonus + flexible working + other excellent benefits

Team: Part of Marketing and Sales . This team is a revenue generating team

Location: London but WFH under government guidelines

Its clients are all major financial services institutions and it maps and anticipates trends and new developments within the finance sector ( this included credit card companies), explores competitor advantages thereby helping decision makers to make sound business decisions based on real evidence-led insights.

The team: you will be joining the Business Team that drives revenues. Full training will be provided.

The role

As a Business Analyst /Consultant you will manage a portfolio of existing client relationships:

Research responsibilities

• You will be anticipating and tracking trends within the Finance sector
• Undertake primary and secondary research projects using published research
• Interviewing senior executive and industry experts, suppliers and competitors and build your network of thought leaders. This involves outbound calling.
• Persuade busy and often reluctant executives to share information
• Create evidence-based reports so that clients can communicate well with their own stakeholders
• Monitoring competitor activity and innovations
• Prepare well-written, insightful and robust research reports on your findings
• Constantly seek to build and expand your network of contacts to engage with

Key Account Management responsibilities

• Build excellent personal relationships with key business relationships
• Create and delivery powerpoint presentations face-to-face
• Project manage a number of client projects simultaneously

This is a fast moving demanding B2B environment and you will need to demonstrate that you have worked in a similar environment in the past. There is a genuine career path for the right person.

Requirements

• Previous research experience including outbound calling is essential
• A real interest (demonstrable) in Financial services
• Agency side research consulting
• Fluency Italian and English
• Previous experience in delivering PP presentations
• Degree (min of 2.1) ideally in a business or economics related subject
