Marketing Manager, EduTech
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to work for a highly successful and growing Education Technology business, based in Fulham, SW London.
The company is experiencing a period of significant growth, as is the whole of the EduTech sector.
Successful candidates will have proven Marketing experience (3-4 years experience) ideally within the Education sector.
Duties will include:
- Develop strategies and tactics to build our brand and drive qualified traffic to the company;
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution;
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis;
- Produce valuable and engaging content for website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups;
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely;
- Day-to-Day management of social media channels;
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website promotion, presentations to hard copy brochures are all on brand in line with the overall company strategy;
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
- Event Management – coordination, planning and execution of events strategy and maximising our profile opportunities at key industry events;
- Manage the day to day engagement with PR and Marketing Agencies;
Skills/experience required:
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Linkedin digital marketing campaigns;
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets and reporting back to the wider business;
- CMS and CRM experience
