German Senior Recruitment Consultant: TECH

TITLE: German speaking Senior Recruitment Consultant and Key Account Manager

LANGUAGE: German & English

SALARY £30,000-£55,000 + uncapped commissions

COMPANY: This is a specialist agency working within the very profitable technology space where candidates are the scarce resource. Your role will be a good mix of managing one large key account and of business development and candidate management . The company is highly profitable and has a great reputation in its niche.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY This company is looking for someone ambitions who will be groomed to run the entire permanent recruitment division within 12 -18 months

DUTIES

You will use your German daily to work with candidates based in Germany , Austria and Switzerland. This is a classic 360 recruitment role:

• Creating the literature and story to effectively market our services into customers and regions
• Building strong working relationships with key clients to illicit relevant job requirements, and ensuring the smooth resolution of any client or candidate issues
• Attending client meetings and complete client driven RFI’s and RFQ’s as appropriate
• Negotiating and concluding financial and contract terms with both clients and candidates
• Following and adhering to all client defined processes in relation to contract project placements from role qualification through to candidate deployment
• Working with Sales Support and Finance to ensure all the necessary documentation is in place to bill the client in a timely and accurately
• Ensuring that all minimum business criteria are met before placing resources on project
• Working with the Sales and Recruiting Team Leaders to drive all activities around the resourcing, searching and selection of technical professionals for specific client requirements

REQUIREMENTS
-Fluent German

-Solid experience within Agency or inhouse recruitment within technology
