Location: Switzerland

Salary: 72,000 CHF Negotiable depends on experience

Status: Permanent, full-time

This role is very client focused and you will have constant external client contact and will work alongside the senior Sales Manager and support corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Liaise with clients, end users and senior staff to clarify, resolve IT requirements and development needs and excellent problem solving skills;

2) Control and take responsibility for managing, designing and delivering the development of a specialist aspect of IT provision;

3) Oversee and work closely with the technical team, conduct training for new member, create plans for future infrastructure projects;

4) Evaluate and optimize the performance of the network operation infrastructure and systems;

5) Lead in pro-active identification, mitigation and removal of operational risks, plan and control maintenance to ensure SLA and efficiency;

6) Test network, operation and maintenance;

7) Office network construction, LAN & WAN and operation and maintenance;

8) Overseas branch network construction, operation and maintenance;

9) Responsible for the development and testing of SDN network construction, operation and maintenance;

10) Participate in the network construction management of the cloud management platform.

Your skills:

• Strong management experience and skills;
• Rich Knowledge of IT and telecom products and services;
• At least 2 years previous working experience in sales comprehensive telecommunications or IT services;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• Currently living in the Switzerland;
• Be familiar with local culture and business aspect;
• Language skills: fluent English and Mandarin skills
