Hours: there is a shift system in place that will give you flexibility between 7am-9pm daily from Monday -Friday

The role: This role is based in the sales team and you will be supporting 4 sales people. The role is primarily a Client Retention position and you will need a background in finance to be effective in this role
- Existing Relationship Management: Contact every new or current Institutional and Retail Client in order to check that they are satisfied with the products and in order to expand their platform usage
- Lapsed Clients: Contact all dormant (or lapsed) clients over the telephone and re-introduce the service
- Deal with client trade queries, received directly from clients, or as transferred by Client Services
- Dealing with escalated trade queries over the phone and also via email
- Answer product queries
- Actively seek market intelligence/data and keep up to date with market events, delivering factual market information and data to the retail client base.
Requirements
- Fluent Czech and English
- Experience in financial services sector ( essential)
- Degree educated
