Team: Business Development Team : Reporting to Relationship Manager

Salary : £30,000+OTE + 5 weeks holiday and additional flexible working and excellent benefits

Location: 100% Remote role for the foreseeable with a potential return to the London office in a part home/part office structure

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday

The role: Full training is provided, but you must be able to demonstrate an interest in finance and the drive to carve out a career in sales for the long term

• Providing information to potential new clients
• Outbound/courtesy calling potential new clients requesting information
• Supplying pricing information and quotations
• Conducting technical online demonstrations and tutorials
• Proactively converting enquiries into new business
• Re-connecting with Lapsed clients
• Contacting lapsed clients to reintroduce the company
• Sending out marketing collateral and all follow-up
• Re-signing up lapsed clients and issuing all relevant documentation
• Post sales administration
• Guiding clients through authorisation processes
• Helping clients fill in the compliance and KYC documentation.
• Assisting clients who are making deposits for the first time.
• Reporting any suspicion of fraud, financial crime, or money laundering to the Money Laundering Reporting Office

Requirements

• Fluent Czech and English
• Experience in financial services sector (essential)
• Degree educated
• Outbound calling experience
