This is a B2C role. The office is open plan and welcoming and clients are all private investors based around the globe. This is NOT a call centre.
The Role
*Use of your fluent French, German and English on a daily basis to liaise with individuals based around the world
*Taking inbound calls from B2C clients
*Use of email and also of live chat
*Relationship management and dealing with existing clients in a considered and diplomatic manner
*Assisting new private clients open online accounts
*General compliance responsibilities
Requirements
Fluent English, French and German
Previous customer services experience is needed
