Job Title: Italian speaking Senior Associate and Key Relationship Manager

Client Retention/engagement
- Liaising with existing clients within financial services with the aim of growing revenues and also client retention
- Courtesy calling and checking in with current clients to ensure that they are happy with the service. Monitoring ongoing projects
- Upselling and cross selling new products and services
- Working to the best-in-class standards of client care
- Encouraging attendance at various webcasts, round table events, teleconferences and other events to keep the client engaged
- Following up with users who have not logged-on for a while
New business
- Introducing new products and services to current and new clients
- Attending events and looking for new opportunities
- Working to engagement and growth revenue targets
Requirements
- Client facing experience gained in financial services
- Fluent Italian
- Degree educated
