Duties: You will ensure that equipment problems are diagnosed and rectified.
- Deliver technical support over the ‘phone and resolve PC /Laptop hardware/ software technical problems
- Escalate technical problems to equipment suppliers where necessary
- Take inbound calls, diagnose problems.
- Arrange delivery of the loaned equipment whilst faults machines are being fixed
- Resolve queries from customers, suppliers and installers
- Provide technical information as required.
- Determine which piece of equipment is faulty
Requirements
- Fluent French speaker
- Experienced in technical support of hardware ( PC/Laptops) and software
