TITLE: CYPRUS based: Banking Customer Services Advisor

(Onboarding customer care teams)

LOCATION : Limassol in CYPRUS

Language needed : Fluent English + an additional language ( It. Sp. Germ or Mandarin Chinese)

Salary : Euros £24,000+ excellent bonus and profit share ( total comp circa Euros 30k)

Location: The office is in Limassol in Cyprus

Hours: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm

The role: This is a finance Compliance ,Due Diligence and client care role:

• COMPLIANCE: Process the Customer Due Diligence, Power of Attorney and Client Classification documentation relating to all new account applications
• Research the client (KYC) and conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks
• Identify and report fraudulent applications and check document authenticity
• Be aware of anti-fraud legislation and ensure that clients are compliant
• Undertake periodic reviews and spot-checks of client (KYC, AML and appropriateness criteria) for all retail, corporate, professional, and institutional clients
• CUSTOMER CARE: Providing all new clients with clear information re application requirements
• Help with account openings and keep clients updated with their account information
• Ensure all application documentation is accurately filled in
• Send out clients’ financial statement, assist withdrawals, deposits, transfer requests

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Fluency in another European language (Italian. Spanish or German ) or Mandarin
• Experience in Finance
• Degree educated
• Based in Cyprus
