Title: Korean Supply Chain Manager FMCG

Salary : Up to £68,000 + excellent benefits and generous company discounts

Language required: Fluent Korean

Location: Currently WFH. Then flexibly

Sector: FMCG sector and E-commerce

You will be working for one of the most exciting and innovative FMCG companies in the world. This firm invents, then produces and exports goods that mirror how we all live today. It creates products that will work alongside how we live, entertain ourselves and also how we work, especially since the onset of Covid. This role is bilingual and you will be able to work flexibly.

The role: you will have experience in managing the end-to-end Supply chain function :

You will be working across different time zones:

• Lead the Supply Chain strategy development and deployment
• Identify the Supply Chain workflow to optimise the opportunities and maximize the services across the brands
• Closely work with HQ to manage the operational Supply Chain service
• Monitor the inventory and cost
• Work with overseas offices to ensure sufficient stock is available based on demand
• Review Supply Chain performance to avoid risks
• Develop the replenishment strategies on product segments
• Liaise with the Warehouse and Logistics Teams

Requirements:

• Fluent Korean and English
• Degree holder in Supply Chain / other business discipline
• Experienced in managing e-commerce order fulfilment
• Experience in supply chain: Demand planning, Inventory management, Cost of serve and Stock-in-trade
