Part-Time PA to Retail Business Owner
Superb opportunity for a part-time PA to support the Founder of a very successful accessories business linked to a world renowned brand. The job would suit someone where working hours of 10am to 3/4pm would suit their lifestyle and other commitments. The role is based in West London and is a mix of corporate and private work. Work ethic and personality is key – the Founder is extremely busy and needs a very proactive Assistant.
Main duties will include:
- Assist w/ Personal Admin & Personal Property Management (i.e. Mortgage renewals/applications/ finding and dealing with tradesman, lawyers, builders, etc).
- Assist with rental property management queries / related admin (i.e. Service charges, recording payments.)
- Post Office runs / help packaging returns / making sure refunds are received.
- Helping manage small design and build project to create working office space
- Meeting notes / sending summary emails with action points / follow up where necessary
- Managing Director’s diary management / organizing meetings / zoom links, priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Remind MD of important tasks, meetings and deadlines
- Office management (Opening & processing mail, ordering supplies/ researching requirements for printers, managing electrics/phone renewal, insurance renewals, etc)
- Order entry / checking orders have been shipped to customers and flagging any errors
- Stock/ Samples processing to other team members/ warehouse/ customers
- Scanning/ digital filing
