German In-house Recruiter
Job: German In-house Recruiter (Sales and IT roles)
Duration: Temporary till Dec 21 with a view to convert to FTC or Permanent
Rate: £30-£35 pounds per hour (PAYE)
Start: ASAP
Location: Remote working (Office location – Central London)
We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our client’s global in-house recruiting team, hiring tech and sales roles. You will work as part of an in-house team, recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and resources, focusing on the areas of candidate search & placement, process, and strategy improvement, and will act as client contact for the supported groups in the EMEA region.
The right candidate will be innovative, can work in a fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the work done. The best candidates will refer their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, building dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR professionals.
Responsibilities:
- You will focus on recruitment activities targeted towards structured pools of candidates with the intention of increasing the front end of the funnel. Examples include but are not limited to; screening applications, referrals, re-engagement with ICIMS candidates who applied to roles with similar skillsets, review reqs that were filled with internal candidates as well as identifying talent in the marketplace via LinkedIn and referral events.
Skillset required:
- The preferred candidate will have experience with recruitment systems, knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes (such as CV screening, online assessments, engaging with candidates) and great stakeholder management and attention to detail skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Demonstrable sourcing/recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement within the technology space
-Exposure to working cross-functionally across the recruiting process, communicating and partnering with multiple stakeholders
-Deep experience in using recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, x-ray sourcing etc, and other sourcing products
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience of sourcing across multiple EMEA locations
-Fluency in German is highly desirable, in addition to English
