The Company
This company offers a totally fresh approach to renting office space. The company has several glamorous serviced offices across London that companies can rent for a year, 10 years or even just for a few weeks if a company needs a temporary address in London. They provide genuinely outstanding levels of customer care and an additional concierge service to their tenants and transparency in how they invoice. The company is now looking for an Office/General manager who will refine and enhance the customer care on offer and help grow the business.
Duties: It’s the level of customer care and attention that makes all the difference.
- Providing a personally outstanding level of customer care to corporate clients
- Hiring, mentoring and leading the concierge team. Conducting appraisals
- Customer care: Ensuring that all client issues are dealt with swiftly and politely
- Liaising with all outsourced suppliers, maintenance staff, engineers etc
- Conducting regular “walk arounds” of the building to ensure that it is clean and welcoming.
- Regularly politely checking-in on clients to ensure that they are happy.
- Offering welcome packs and refreshments
- New Business: undertake “viewings” of the centre
- Negotiate new or extended deals, agree payment terms, break clauses
- Providing clients with contact numbers, access cards
- Giving health and safety briefings.
- Moving in: ensuring that new tenants are happy with the office designs
- Organise for installation of IT and telephones
- When new clients arrive, be available to help with unpacking
- Budgeting: Generating invoices
- Capturing client’s charges for billing purposes on a monthly basis
- Managing a small cash “float”
Requirements
- Previous experience in Practice management , Office management or Service Centre Management
- Team leadership
- A background in customer care
