TITLE: GERMAN Customer Care Advisor in CYPRUS

LOCATION : Limassol in CYPRUS

Language needed : Fluent German and English

Salary : to £26,000 + bonus and profit share

Location: The office is in Limassol in Cyprus

Hours: Monday -Friday the company operates a shift system covering 7.30am-21.00

The role: This is an inbound customer care role and you will liaise constantly with the London office:

• Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
• Responding to client enquiries via email and live chat
• Ensure all application documentation is accurately filled in
• Providing all new clients with clear information re application requirements
• Assisting accounts team with the set-up of new client accounts and KYC procedures
• Running client statements
• Assisting account managers, partners, and international teams with their clients’ needs
• Helping clients with withdrawals, deposits and internal account transfer requests
• Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the trading platforms
• Investigating and resolving trade queries
• Providing technical/trading support for clients
• Updating client information and data records

Requirements

• Fluent GERMAN and fluent
• Experience customer services
• Degree educated ideally
• You must be based in Cyprus
