Hours: Monday -Friday the company operates a shift system covering 7.30am-21.00

The role: This is an inbound customer care role and you will liaise constantly with the London office:
- Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
- Responding to client enquiries via email and live chat
- Ensure all application documentation is accurately filled in
- Providing all new clients with clear information re application requirements
- Assisting accounts team with the set-up of new client accounts and KYC procedures
- Running client statements
- Assisting account managers, partners, and international teams with their clients’ needs
- Helping clients with withdrawals, deposits and internal account transfer requests
- Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the trading platforms
- Investigating and resolving trade queries
- Providing technical/trading support for clients
- Updating client information and data records
Requirements
- Fluent GERMAN and fluent
- Experience customer services
- Degree educated ideally
- You must be based in Cyprus
