Title: Chinese speaking Private Clients DIRECTOR (HNW & UHNW)

Language : Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English

Salary : Basic: £50,000 (negotiable to excellent candidate)+ 12% Bonus+ Commissions

The company: You will be working for one of the most luxurious and high-end fine wine and foods companies in the world. The business is a “heritage” business and dates back to the 18^th century and has a loyal following of connoisseurs , and also investors, who value the scarcity, luxury and sumptuous vintages on offer. In this role you will look after one specific well known product and will report into the Brand Director with a view to transforming the brand to appeal to a new audience of high end consumers. Your aim is to delight and excite an audience of UHNW and HNW sophisticated consumers and transform them into loyal life-time clients .

The role: This is a B2B and B2C Key Account Management and sales

• Engage with your audience
• Create, attend and lead at wine events to engage directly with your HNW audience
• Attend events at various private members clubs
• Share knowledge and stories about the brand .
• Communicate with HNW clients face to face regularly
• Create interest on social media platforms and engage with your following so that this brand becomes an icon of luxury and exclusivity
• Explore different, innovative, routes to approach clients directly
• Develop your personal client network in order to increase sales
• Have a deep understanding of the personal “drivers” and motivations for HNW’s to acquire valuable wines
• Account Management : A consultative approach
• Generate increase sales via your existing portfolio
• Ensure that profit margins are maintained or increased
• Manage the P+L account for this product
• Provide an outstanding level of personal customer care to your HNW audience
• Develop relationships of trust and integrity for the long-term
• Develop channel partnerships
• Engage with new business partnerships ( including luxury retailers and specialist stores) in order to expand the reach of the brand
• Help to develop the e-commerce route to market

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English
• Conversational Cantonese
• An existing network of around 30 Chinese contacts within luxury sector
