Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + excellent benefits + remote working flexibility
Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Language: English (Russian, Turkish, Arabic is a plus / European language is valuable)
The Role
Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting all sales activities within an assigned regions and segments. This position facilitates overall segments growth through the coordination of activities with sales personnel, including price management support, leads qualification and follow up, quotations creation and closure, backlog reviews, customer relations initiatives, participation in business review, & ownership, and any other task directly related to supporting the field sales team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling the company’s products, services and/or solutions
- Informs customers of company promotions and upgrades
- Qualifies leads, identifies decision makers, determines customer needs and close successfully projects
- Explains product/service alternatives
- Recommends the most suitable products/services
- Identify cross selling opportunities and follow up
- Identifies features and benefits, overcomes customer objections, and closes sales
- May respond to inquiries and resolve problems
- Prepares required sales documentation
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree and 2 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Master’s degree)
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Experience of working with on IoT environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
