Responsibilities:
*Follow and execute company SEO strategy to achieve growth objectives.
* Work hands-on with product, UX and engineering team to build detailed requirements and specifications for each task.
* Write PRD (Product Requirements Document) and validate it with the development team.
* Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
* Provide regular insight to key stakeholders to inform decision-makings and outputs.
* Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent speaking, reading and writing in Chinese (Mandarin) and
English.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Hands-on SEO experience with large / enterprise level websites.
* Extensive knowledge of technical optimisation, content optimisation,
link management, data analysis, and SEO tools such as: Google search console, Google Analytics, SEMrush.
* Experience working with development teams and informing platform build.
* A proven track record of implementing website changes that deliver increased search visibility.
* Ability to understand/read relevant HTML tags/code (CSS/Javascript)
* Ability to understand and operate Google Tag Manger.
* Analytical mindset and problem solving attitude.
* Motivated to provide company’s users with the best possible search experience.
