Temp rate: £11.00 – £14.00 per hour + Holiday pay (Depending on experience)

Working hours: 2.00 pm – 7.00 pm (US market hours)

Location: Remote (possibly changing to a few days a week in the office from end of June 21 – Office is based in Central London)

Our client is a financial conferences and publications company, and they are looking to recruit a Spanish speaker with experience in telemarketing or conference audience development. The candidate work on generating paying delegates US based infrastructure and Aviation finance events. These will be live onsite localised events. The ideal candidate will be result driven, persuasive, and an excellent communicator, ideally with previous experience in audience development, delegate sales, or a similar telesales/telemarketing role.

Key responsibilities

• Building relationships with senior Executives from financial institutions via phone & email
• Delegate Recruitment: Leverage relationships with fund managers and institutional Investors to attract them to International events. Work alongside the Relationship manager to ensure target delegate numbers are achieved for events throughout the year
• Data: Keep CRM data up to date through verifying existing records, and research to identify new contacts

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish to a high standard (ideally mother tongue standard)
• Previous conference or event delegate sales or telesales experience
• High standard of English (Written and spoken)
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Desired)
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
• Confident communicating with senior level decision makers
• An understanding of financial markets and investment or pension is advantageous (Desirable but not essential)
• Ability to work under pressure, with great organisational and time management skills
