The company
This is a brilliant and unusual, opportunity for a fluent French speaker who is keen to develop a career in international property sales. This company sells the most beautiful holiday homes and 2nd homes based across established areas in France where there is already real-estate demand and a good tourist infrastructure in terms of restaurants, hotels and transportation. Currently the company is developing 2nd homes in ski resorts that it is looking to sell.

The role
*Liaising with the sales team in France and in the UK on a daily basis
*Producing a newsletter in French and English informing prospective buyers of new available properties that have come onto the market
*Using social media marketing techniques to promote the property
*Staying in close contact with individual potential buyers, getting to know and understand their personal requirements, developing rapport
*Staying up-dated with the investment opportunities that certain properties represent ( such as for buy-to-let), ski chalets, property prices and suitability of properties as holiday homes
*Liaising with mortgage companies in the UK and overseas
*Managing the sales process: negotiating prices, exchange dates and completion time tables
*Working to sales targets
This is a lengthy sales process and a consultative sales person is required with outstanding customer care skills and proven sales experience
