Background
This is a lovely bilingual German/English role for someone who enjoys dealing with an existing portfolio of B2B clients and cultivating excellent client relationships with them for the long-term. The role has two parts: maintaining and managing existing relationships with clients and developing new business with those who have expressed an interest in the online course already.
The role:
There is extensive telephone work in this role
*Liaising with an existing portfolio of B2B clients regarding online courses. This will include liaising with Institutional partner organisations and other corporates
*Taking inbound enquiries, speaking to prospective clients and turning an enquiry into a sale
*New business development: you will be responsible for generating new leads through cold calling, emails, and using LinkedIn.
*Use of German and English daily
*Attending and presenting at relevant industry conferences and trade shows
*Following up individuals met at trade shows, sending marketing information and all general follow-up .
*You will be working to call targets and to sales revenue targets
