The company : This specialist company within the world of interior design has major high-end clients across the UK and also internationally that belie its size and reach. The company works on bespoke design commissions, ensuring that they create exquisite living spaces for a knowledgeable clientele who have bought properties and either wish to rent them, or simply to live in them. You will work with a fantastic, creative and talented team who are always open to new ideas and will source unique pieces. This is a wonderful opportunity to get involved in a stylish and interesting sector where there are really good opportunities for your earnings to increase and also where you will make valuable contacts across the world of design and its consumers. You will be given full training in this role and the support and collaboration of a family atmosphere.
The role: joining a close-knit team of 9 people you will
* Send out introductory emails to developers, estate agents and others within property and introduce your company’s design services
* Courtesy call and follow-up on email, set up introductory appointments and “pitch” face to face
* Develop the contacts “pipeline”
* Attend property and design related roadshows and events to network and to source leads and meet clients
* Connect with prospects via social media
* Help design and send out marketing collateral such as design portfolios
* Upload fresh images onto Instagram and onto the company website
* Ask for referrals from previous clients when have been happy with the service
* Become immersed in the design world so that you are able to speak with authority to potential client
Requirements
* Happy to cold call and make 20-30 dials per day
* Fluent English
* A proven love of design and art
