FX Onboarding Assistant

Would you like to join one of the fastest growing Global Markets businesses in the City. Based in new, stunning offices near to Liverpool Street, you will join their existin onboarding team for their FX Division.

Main duties include:

• BAU operational readiness for Global Trading documentation across new and existing Professional and ECP clients
• Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and KYC procedures in financial markets for a global client base
• Partner with various teams across the firm (e.g. Legal, Directors, Sales, Client Service, Project teams etc.)
• Manage a high-volume inbox; ensuring all emails are responded to and filed in line with procedures
• Ensure that all queries are answered promptly and in full
• Provide a central source of knowledge for Trading documentation & respond to client & internal queries
• Provide clear and accurate instructions to both clients and different departments internally
• Liaise with Admin/Front Office Support regarding operational setup parameters and ensure the progress of complete and accurate set up of trading counterparties across our IT architecture
• Manage priorities and keep track of progress
• Maintain trackers accurately and in line with procedures

Skills Required

• 3+ years working in an onboarding role within a financial intuition essential
• Previous Trading documentation & onboarding experience from broking, asset management or banking.
• Foreign Exchange experience beneficial
• Experience in working in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy is key and being able to work systematically to meet and maintain standards
• Good analytical skills, capable of thinking logically whilst viewing the wider picture
