Location: Near Ashford in Kent. The role is office based, but there is the possibility of flexible working after completing training
Salary : £20,000-£23,000 per annum + benefits
The company: This is an international business that specialised in helping people to relocate their personal belongings to anywhere globally. The company is a leader it its field and they are looking to recruit a fluent Thai speaker to act as the point of contact with B2C clients, Thai authorities and the UK business. This is an exciting role and you will use your languages and cultural knowledge of Thailand on a daily basis. You will be working across global time zones.
The role:
- Taking inbound enquiries via phone, SMS or emails and providing an exceptional customer service at all times
- Promoting additional services to help boost revenues ( cross selling/upselling)
- Seek to minimise stress levels for the relocating client
- Work is to move-related deadline
- Constantly keep the client informed about the status of their move and guide the customer through every process of their move
- Build understanding of cultural and geographic profiles of relevant and allocated customer groups and markets, including empathy with the customer and how to respond to him or her in an appropriate way to represent the brand and achieve sales targets.
- Provide quotations
- Coordinate additional deliveries, collections, and re-deliveries
- Ensure Complaints, Insurance Claims and Authorised Refunds are executed
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Thai (excellent verbal and written skills)
- You must have a UK visa
