Company Overview
You will be joining this specialist digital marketing agency with a growing client base in Europe. You will have the opportunity to be based in Germany or in the UK and the company operates a very flexible and family orientated culture. They are now looking for a German speaker who will create marketing campaigns that will grow the business for them across the DACH area.
This is a key role: You will take the lead on all marketing initiatives surrounding a new venture for the Agency- a brand new loyalty programme originally launched in the UK and now being rolled out into Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to create something unique, fresh and new and you will take the lead building this business.
Duties: Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing you will:
- Develop Messaging for email campaigns
- Develop key messaging for a new loyalty programme that will resonate with the German market
- Take responsibility of member and activation targets for the loyalty programme and report on results weekly to management
- Develop a compelling annual marketing campaign to drive member sign-ups
- Create and drive marketing automation email campaigns in order to stay front on mind and relevant
- Manage a marketing budget
- Devise monthly promotions of manufacturer products
- Support sales teams in driving leads. Develop new marketing materials for the Loyalty programme
- Liaise with channel partners utilising their networks and resources to further exposure of the programme and drive sign-ups
- Social Media Write content for social media, newsletters, website banners etc
- Create digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Twitter etc to drive leads and member sign-ups
- Create ppc campaigns and facebook campaigns to generate leads for the sales team
- Investigate key words and SEO to increase conversions on web pages
- Measure engagement
- Regularly utilise Google Analytics (and other analytics systems) to analyse user behaviours and marketing performance
- Review the loyalty programme website UX and SEO and work with product team to develop improvements
- Build personalised landing pages that drive conversions for the programme
- Webinars: Run and participate in webinars to drive awareness and leads
- Partner with relevant associations and drive marketing activities
- Gathering content for newsletters, imagery and other assets to drive engagement
Requirements
- German to native standard
- Experience of working with loyalty programmes
- Previous experience of generating leads via digital media
- Able to demonstrate how leads have been nurtured (ideally into a sale)
- Familiar with Google Analytics
- Hands on experience in managing social media : Facebook, Google ads campaigns etc
