Salary : Up to Eur 35,000 as a base salary + bonus

booming “marketing technology” sphere. This role is office based from either UK or from their two offices in Germany (Berlin or Mainz)
As a lead generator you will be fully trained to take a next step in the business and your role will be to build a warm leads, contacts pipeline across the Germany, Austria and

The role in a nutshell: Generating qualified leads and demo appointments with decision makers.
This is a Mentored role you will be mentored and coached by a senior Account Executive every step of the way and, so will have the opportunity to learn from experts on an ongoing training-on-the-job basis.
- Research
You will work from an already curated list of target companies such as recruitment agencies and digital marketing agencies in order to locate the decision makers
- Introduce the company then stay in touch .
- Contact the decision makers and introduce the company ( email, phone, event attendance)
- Make personal connections and establish rapport.
- Courtesy-calling as a way of staying in touch
- Appointment setting
- Arrange 8 demos per week that the Business Development Manager will attend and pitch and close
- Use of Salesforce, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and any other tools to help you locate and contact decision makers
Requirements:
- Fluent German
- Some previous experience of outbound calling
- Recent graduate looking to join a well funded start-up in Germany or in the Uk
