Location: London-based office. WFH now and will be flexible post-pandemic

You will be joining a London based company, Headquartered in the US, that is at the cutting edge of new developments within fintech. This entire sector is currently in fast-growth-mode and is changing the way we all shop and pay. The company has developed a new blockchain-based e-commerce platform and also a digital payment system and global remittance platform They are now looking for a Director of Marketing . This is very much viewed as a key role in which you will be managing the messaging of the brand, expanding its reach and driving growth and engagement . The company is very much a ” start -up” , is well funded and has global ambitions and you will be an essential part of this exciting new expansion

The role:

• Creating and managing a Marketing team
• Working with the product team to influence the product roadmap and customer experience
• Measure success

Duties

• Hire, coach and manage an entire Marketing team

• Communicate and refine messaging and local positioning for UK and Europe

• Marketing campaigns: develop marketing strategies (use of email, mobile, digital, social media , DM, text and calling to increase customer engagement and retention).
• Create inspiring content
• Develop market -specific customized marketing materials

• Measure results: use of google analytics and other tools to measure campaigns
• Own the launch go-to-market strategy for all product launches
• Understand the Customer profile: create customer segments based on data and insights

• Understand user behavior
• Innovate in order to engage and retain customers.

• Ensure the best experience at every customer touch-point

• Manage a large budget: run big budget product launch campaigns

Requirements

• Experience in marketing money transfer / international payments
• Google Analytics or other analytics tools
• Team management experience.
• Relevant degree
• Chinese is preferred but not required
