Our client is a leading ecommerce business offering hardware and digital solutions. They are looking for a mandarin speaking technical support engineer, who will support customers in China, create content for the website, and work closely with the team in Shanghai and the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Technical support to business customers in China.
- Update and maintain the Chinese website content.
- Act as a mediator between the UK and Shanghai team
- Escalate any issues or queries internally.
- Keep up to date with products and solutions.
- Maintain database records.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin to mother tongue standard (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English to a high standard
- Educated to degree level with an engineering or science background.
- Be technically minded, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have a basic understanding of mechanics or engineering would be highly beneficial, as you will work closely with mechanical engineers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
