Salary: Up to 34,000GBP + incredible benefits

Brilliant opportunity to join an international, well-established, and fast-growing FMCG Retailer. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual, who will be joining a Team of other Executive Assistant/Secretaries, to support a board of Directors with a range of administrative and operational tasks, as well as being a key person for internal communication across departments. Amongst other, your responsibilities will be:
- Diary Management of Directors – Travel booking, meeting organisation, holiday planning, mail, emails, phone calls, office organisation, etc.
- Coordinating appointments, managing the agenda and consolidating minutes.
- Preparing KPI reports (including using Excel), executive summaries, presentations (PowerPoint).
- Translation of documents from German into English.
- Executing general office management tasks, including hospitality and meeting room preparation.
- Communicating with departments throughout our company.
The candidate must have the following skills:
- Bilingual German and English
- Good IT Skills: understanding of Excel is a plus.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, passionate for customer service and able to multitask.
- Motivated, proactive and willing to learn and develop within the role.
- Previous secretarial/administrative/project experience would be ideal
