Property Sales Consultant (English and French)

Salary: £22-25k basic depending on experience + potential over 10k OTE.

The role

Would you like to work in Sales? Are you ambitious, driven and speak French? We are looking for Sales Executives/Account Managers to join a Team of Property Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Sales, either B2C or B2B, and will have an interest in the property market.

The person in this position is required to effectively manage inbound and outbound daily sales calls and generate leads through cold calling and prospecting, cultivating on-going relationships with potential clients, and propose services for these clients, culminating in the sale properties located in France.

Our client sells holiday homes across established in the Alps and other regions of the South of France. This is a lengthy sales process and a consultative sales person is required with outstanding customer care skills and proven sales experience.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:

– Staying in close contact with potential buyers, getting to know and understand their personal requirements, preferences and budgets.
– Liaising with the sales team in France and in the UK daily.
– Producing a newsletter in French and English informing prospective buyers of new available properties that have come onto the market. Using social media marketing techniques to promote the properties.
– Liaising with mortgage companies in the UK and overseas
– Working to reach sales targets

Requirements
– Fluent French and English
– Sales experience (either B2B or B2C).
– Interest in the property industry.
– Knowledge and interest in South France, specifically The Alps would be preferable.
