You will be working for the Human Resources marketing team and will report to the Head of Marketing for the UK
A global e-commerce business that is expanding rapidly. This role lies at the very heart of the business and you will be working with digital marketing experts from around the globe who ensure that marketing strategies , tools, and systems perform optimally. Your role is to use paid advertising and other strategies to help the business locate, engage and then employ the best global talent.
THE ROLE:
Working alongside media and creative agencies you will:
- Understand business objective, devise a strategy , innovate and then deliver against targets
- Lead large scale Recruitment marketing campaigns
- Deliver creative interesting employer branding related content to attract and engage with target audiences online and on offline touchpoints
- Help to locate, engage with and inspire the best talent
- Develop and drive social media strategies to support large-scale hiring across geographies
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Measure campaign effectiveness using analytics tools
- Liaise with external media and creative agencies
- Devise PPC and paid media campaigns. Work to budgets in excess of €1M
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English
- Relevant degree (in business or marketing)
- Extensive digital marketing experience (online)
- Media buying experience and ability to make appropriate decisions in relation to media buying decisions in fast paced environment.
- Be highly numerical and be able to dive deep into marketing analytics, and make effective decisions very quickly.
- Strong command in excel (highly desirable)
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns across paid digital (Social, Programmatic, Search or/and in paid traditional offline media channels)
- Used to working across multiple campaign budgets in excess of €1M
