Account Manager, Spanish, Food Waste Reduction
Did you know that Food Waste is a $1 trillion dollar problem? Would you like to help reduce that number? Our client is a world leading, global AI lead Tech firm that helps restaurants, hospitality venues, large retailers and any other food related businesses to drastically cut their waste.
As a result of their incredible success and expansion, they are looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Success Manager (Account Manager) to help onboard and integrate new clients with their ground breaking Technology.
Main duties:
- Build strong relationships with clients ensuring they are bought in to making the technology successful
- Understand clients’ current situation and needs to tailor the best solutions for them
- Ensure smooth end-to-end implementation process with client, train multi-disciplined teams to use the technology in person and remotely
- Take consultative approach to keep clients engaged in utilizing the technology to manage their food waste reduction
- Proactively analyse client reports and troubleshoot with the client where needed
- Manage KPIs jointly with the client and senior team members to ensure that the system is delivering a strong business case, implementing changes where necessary
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in different regions
- Take initiatives to improve internal process and procedure
- Support our front line tech and customer support team with clients’ enquiries where required
It is likely that successful candidates will be graduates with good degrees and 3-5 years similar experience – Account Management, Client Success, Delivery or Project Management, Consultancy.
