Brilliant opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing, and leading company within its sector as a Sales Administrator. We are looking for an smart and organised individual to join the Client Support Team to support them in delivering a high level of customer service and providing technical support to members and all other external stakeholders by coordinating all administration tasks for the team. Amongst other, your responsibilities will be:
- Work closely with Team Leads to generate weekly Rosters and Induction Calendars
- Support the Team by maintaining all support trackers (spreadsheets) to monitor the team’s work commitments
- Identify and develop new trackers to monitor key performance indicators and track success monthly
- Stay up to date on upcoming new products and feature launches to ensure the team tracker reflects the additional training requirements.
- Act as a conduit between Team Leads and Head of Members Service ensuring information is shared
- Update key documentation and maintain databases to ensure consistent appearance and content is maintained
- Support and coordinate monthly team meetings
- Suggest team admin process improvements.
Skills required for this role:
- Fluency in written and spoken English – other languages very beneficial.
- Minimum of 1 year of Admin experience.
- Friendly and confident telephone manner, with strong and clear communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately. Personable and approachable personality
- Organised with good time management
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
