Inbound Sales Representative, Polish
Rare and exciting opportunity to join a very successful and fast growing FinTech business.
Company: This organisation is a leader in raising money for start ups. The role is to support the Polish market, working with our merchants, helping them as they apply for funding for their business.
Duties:
- Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit a complete application,
- Explaining the financing offers made and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process
- Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and proprietary solutions to process applications
Successful candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills – with the ability to interact via phone and email
- Customer focused mindset
- Sociable, with a desire to work in a company with a great culture
- Comfortable in Microsoft excel
- Fluent in Polish
