Salary: Total comp : £26,000 + 5 weeks holiday
(total comp is made up of a base salary of £23,500 + a £2500 fixed bonus)

WORK FROM HOME: Partly wfh based role whilst there is Covid. However, you must be within commuting distance from the office in High Wycombe.

COMPANY DETAILS:
Global supplier and centralised purchasing office for the buying of goods and services across the food sector. This is a non-profit organisation.
SHIFTS: You will need to be able to cover 8am-4pm or 9-5.30pm Monday – Friday on a rota system. You will need to cover 1 in 4 weekends on a rota basis (1 week in 3) to help with critical cover
DUTIES:
This is a bilingual German/ English role:
- Logging restaurant enquiries on the Helpdesk call logging system accurately and in a timely manner
- Providing some IN RESTAURANT STORE Technology support e.g. PC, Card payment solutions, POS software/ Hardware, receipt printer and basic Networking skills required
- Keeping all unresolved assigned tickets updated
- Escalating critical issues to senior member of the team or Team Lead
- Provide technical support to clients in Europe, the UK and across the Middle East
- Logging and resolving all incidents on the Helpdesk
- Dealing with retail POS (Point Of Sales) hardware and software
- Use of MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration
- Provide support documentation
- Log all enquiries and monitor email alerts from the Helpdesk system
- Manage training enquiries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous IT Help desk experience/ Customer services advisor
- Experience of retail or e-commerce would be ideal
- Network support, PC, laptop
- Fluent German
