Finance Manager
Would you like to work for one of the world’s largest provider of experts to businesses around the world? Would you like a 2/3 office/ home split? Do you have an indepth understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles?
Beautiful offices based in High St Ken! Great team spirit. This business is looking to expand its Finance team.
Duties include:
- Ensure invoices and payments are processed on a timely and accurate basis
- Managing credit control
- Reconciling credit card statements and expenses
- Managing accounts payable – scheduling weekly pay runs
- Maintaining petty cash
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and banking contacts
- Identify opportunities to simplify/improve accounts processes
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Daily banking and reconciliations – Purchase ledger and Sales Ledger
- Any other ad hoc additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
You will have:
- An excellent understanding of bookkeeping duties, requirements, and accounting principles.
- University degree education (or the relevant experience to compensate)
- Experience in using QuickBooks software systems advantageous
- Proficient in Excel
- Some experience in cloud-based accounting and bookkeeping software helpful
- Able to manage own workload effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask efficient
- Excellent attention to detail.
