Location: 100% remote working
My client is looking for a recruitment coordinator to support with recruitment. You will be part of an International Recruitment Coordinator team and will support multiple Recruiters who oversee hiring needs for the business.
The individual will be required to manage the recruitment of apprentices within the corporate side of the business. This will include but is not limited to:
- Job advertising
- Candidate CV and application screening
- Interview organisation
- Assessment centre organisation and execution
- Assessment center administration
- Candidate feedback process
- Application system management
- Offer processing
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating high volume recruitment processes for large organisations and be comfortable and happy with all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
