The Role
Using your Spanish daily in the International Customer Care Team, you will:
- Take inbound calls
- Deal with initial enquiries and some post sales administration
- Enter information onto the Sage database (training is provided)
- Assist with quotations and pricing requests
- Produce emails and correspondence in Spanish
- Respond quickly to customer requests for information
- You will be working to service level targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Spanish
- Able to commute to Portadown
- Previous customer services experience is essential
