Admin Co-Ordinator, French
This is a superb opportunity to join a highly specialised Energy Consulting business. The beauty of this job is in its variety – running an office, using your French on a daily basis, training, marketing and translation work! Successful candidates will enjoy the fast paced nature of the work.
Main duties include:
- Answering and making calls in English and French. Dealing with requests in both languages via email and over the phone. Forwarding emails and calls to relevant members of staff when necessary
- Dealing with all travel arrangements for staff, consultants and (occasionally) clients. To include organising flights, hotel bookings, transfers, visas, meetings and producing itineraries
- Updating contacts and inputting data i
- Document typing, presentation layout and formatting of reports using MS Word software
- Co-ordinating the translation of reports into French using external translators
- Organising the printing and dispatching of documents, reports and training course material, by post or online delivery.
- Organisation of training courses. Tasks include registering participants and helping them with visas and accommodation, organising venues, refreshments
- The hosting of webinars and virtual training on Teams and Zoom .
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager with the promotion of services through marketing campaigns (email, Twitter, LinkedIn)
