Pay rate: £15 – £17 per hour + Holiday pay
Location: Remote (may move to office at a later stage – office in Central London)

The business is inventing the next-generation smart delivery operation with cutting edge technologies in IoT (Internet-of-Things). They develop technology-based solutions matching customer needs and delivery capacity providing high efficiency, and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- As a sales assistant you will build out the internal sales footprint in the UK and EU.
- Ability to establish senior level relationships with the property management sector (property management companies, property owners, property managers) as well as the services sector (real estate companies – both residential and commercial).
- You will own and grow a book of business and be responsible for execution of internal sales, scheduling with key install provider partners, and own these relationships end-to-end.
- This will include ensuring optimal customer experience from the “delivery access” tech installation with improved reliable customer deliveries and driver access for the logistics team.
- You will be expected to support Operations management of the day-to-day relationships with partners, while continuing to identify new channels and partners, for “the delivery access” product distribution.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with the operations team to ensure that customer installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction-free, and professional manner.
- You will partner with the Business Intelligence, Scheduling and Forecasting teams to provide recommendations that optimise performance as the programme expands.
