Our client is medical technology company. They work with patients and clients in several international territories including the UK and help provide consistent and verified data to improve choices for patients and process improvements for clinics who are affiliated with them.
They are looking for an experienced, resourceful, and proactive Talent Acquisition specialist. You’ll be leading a best-in-class talent acquisition programme – sourcing, building pipeline, interviewing, tracking, and on-boarding the company’s future talent to help them scale up their business across the UK, Austria, Germany, the UAE.
You will have the opportunity to build and execute on the full talent acquisition life-cycle in a high-growth enterprise SaaS business.
Key responsibilities
- Plan the company’s hiring strategy, focusing on commercial roles in each market.
- Work with hiring managers to determine their hiring needs,
- Produce appealing and well written job descriptions.
- Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting channels.
- Source candidates via various methods (such as recruitment events, organising career days, using databases or social media).
- Build relationships with universities, apprentice programmes, so to attract early career candidates.
- Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates based on performance assessment.
- Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring teams.
- Build relationships with passive candidates through LinkedIn for future vacancies.
- Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
- Support hiring teams and help them make objective, inclusive hiring decisions.
- Partnering with recruiters to build and execute a sourcing strategy for top priority roles, agreeing on the best avenues to find talent as well as the best content.
- Keeping meticulous oversight of the Applicant Tracking System to ensure that every person is tracked from application to joining, as well as supporting the Head of People with weekly reports and recommendations on reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of a successful track-record as a commercial talent acquisition specialist or recruiter.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills; utilising both traditional and innovative recruitment methods as well as social media tools.
- Well-developed interview and assessment skills and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and takes a proactive approach, but also knows when to ask for support.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS companies with fast-growing teams. (highly desirable).

- Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable).
- Experience in both the German and UK recruitment markets (desirable).
